painted daisies
I pulled out my white acrylic paint to give these daisies from Alli Miles' Garden of Life set a little more of a rustic look. It's fun for me to change it up a bit and play with different art materials from time to time. One day it might be paint, another day it could be markers, and maybe another time I get all into embossing. I don't think I ever will get bored of all the possibilities that stamping and paper crafts offers me. And all the time there are new things that people think up and I want to try out!
My 'thank you' sentiment is done with the Simple Alphabet set. I am really loving this set when working on projects (you all maybe noticed a little...) That one along with the Polka Dot Basics set are definitely must haves if you don't have them already!

Love what you've done with the flowers Piney! Add polka dot satin ribbon to that list of must haves for me. I absolutely love it. And I too can't get enough of that little alphabet.....love that you added the parentheses.

Love the cards. Never thought to use paint on my stamps. I would be afraid of them ruining them. Thanks for sharing, wonderful.
