Floral Frenzy and Wise Owl

Here are the rest of my projects from the July Papertrey release...

Tacydaisiessbpagepine

I was inspired to make the daisy order on this scrapbook page by a page Mish had emailed me where the creator had used the Prima type flowers cut in half this way. When I saw Melissa's Floral Frenzy set I knew I had to try my own border with her stamps!

Painteddaisiespine

I also had to break out my white acrylic paint for stamping the flowers. see my tutorial here if you are interested in learning more about stamping with acrylic paint.

Wiseowlpine

And finally the Wise Owl set by Alli Miles. Between the cute bellies and fun sentiments, it's an owl I can definitely like!

Hootdaypine

Thanks for stopping by and have a HOOT of a day!

I am packing up for CHA in Chicago today and am looking forward to seeing friends, new products, and inspiration! Watch for my newsletter article for Papertrey later this week! I will be back next week with lots to share!

Pine I think the owls are growing on you! lol I love these cards, and your Tacy daisy page! Have a great time at CHA!

Your projects are just fantastic!

These owls are soooo cute. Great projects.

Beautiful Tacy is thin like i was as a kid. Everyone tended to tease me...telling me to eat the crusts of my bread etc so that I was "big and strong" when I grew up. however I am still thin now, and I doubt i will ever cease to resemble a flagpole. I suppose its kind of handy, the figure of Tacy & me in this thin obsessed world...she is beautiful, now and forever.

WONDERFUL work, Pine! Every single piece of art makes me smile!
