It's release day at Papertrey Ink! All of the new stamp sets and products that the design team have been sharing during the February release countdown will be available to purchase tonight, February 15th, 10PM ET at Papertrey Ink.
Today I have the rest of my projects for this February release to share with you...
I love how just simply stamping on the layers give the butterflies such character and charm.
This card uses Betsy's new Bitty Bouquet set and the Keep it Simple: Mother set sentiment stamped on the new Keep it Simple Frame dies. I stamped the flowers spritzed with a little water in Berry Sorbet, blotted them dry, and then stamped them again in Pure Poppy to create a fun watercolor effect. I did the same with the stems in Simply Chartreuse and Ripe Avocado inks.
Inside this card is a sentiment from the new Tucked In: Mother set designed by Dawn and a few more flowers.
I just love the Bitty Bouquet flowers and can't wait to use them on more projects in the future!
It was so much fun to get quilty with the new Quilted: Spring set designed by Betsy. I "pieced" my little quilt with the die cut pieces that I stamped and then added to the card base that I had stamped with more of the quilt flowers. This color combination (Berry Sorbet, Pure Poppy, and Simply Chartreuse) has a very vintage feel, especially when paired with the kraft and Fine Linen cardstock.
The sentiment is just perfect for this set - and this time of year!
And finally, one last card to share that is made with the new Blue Skies set and coordinating dies designed by Betsy. There isn't too much stamping on this one and I had a great time playing wit the die cut layers.
"You are my sunshine" is a very favorite song & sentiment of mine.
