scrapbook workshops...

I was busy last weekend doing scrapbook workshops - I love doing these because they make me sit down and get some scrapbooking done and I also love to show how well scrapbooking works with stamping.

Here's project #1 with coordinating card - my scrapbook pages are done 8 1/2 x 11...

The technique I featured for both the scrap page and card is using the heat & stick like I did at my stamp club meeting. The card is a reverse fold card (by my stamping friend Michelle Wooderson) so it has an inside pocket to slide a gift card or small picture into.

Project #2 with coordinating card...

The page was so much fun with all the great patterned papers from the Holiday mini catalog. The title for the card is stamped on vellum cardstock and attached with silver brads. The card is another reverse pocket card - they are so perfect for the holidays and I have made them for several birthdays as well.

I loved the punched circle page so much I did a halloween pumpkin page as well...

This page also shows a vertical photo versus the horizontal one on the first page.

One more fun project that we did at my stamp club last week...

I received a card with this foldout design in a new catalog swap I was in over the summer. My stamp club was so excited over that I recreated it in a Christmas theme, very cute to make and perfect to stick into a litle holiday treat basket or bag. This could easily become a mini scrapbook with pictures instead of stamped images.
