donna downey!

It was a very fun day today - I drove down to the cities to take classes from Donna Downey! Loved, loved, loved every part of it. Donna is great teacher and I loved the projects. I would have really loved to have stayed for all of her classes. Next time...

Here's the next project from the Bookbinding 101 class:

We completely sewed the book together to bind it. Loved that. I had taken a bookbinding class years ago and have since forgotten many of the stiches we learned. I have bookbinding books, but I really really learn the best by sitting down and doing.
