Papertrey Ink June release
June 15, 2008
First of all, I am so excited to congratulate my good friend Leese with the release of her first set Flower Garden! It's a beautiful set and she has done a fabulous job this week sharing so many ideas and projects on her blog. I had fun using her set with my twinkling H2O's - it was perfect for creating shimmery watercolored flowers.
I also loved the look I got using white pigment ink on Papertrey's new kraft paper! I am so in love with this paper, and it's not just because I got to help pick it out, it's seriously wonderful.
This little tin was fun to put together with the new Boards & Beams set...
I think it would be a fun little gift for someone moving into a new home. Or it could become a little mini scrapbook by adding home photos to each circle.
Another card made with the "city house" from the Board & Beams set.
Candice's Birds of a Feather set is so sweet. I just love all the bird and sweet sentiments to go with them. On this card I embossed the bird and the sentiment in clear and painted over it with Twinkling H2O's (once I pull supplies out to my desk, they get used over and over for many projects!)
I KNOW the Guide Lines set will have a special spot on my desk next to Polka Dot Basics. It is just so versatile with the looks you can create with it. You will be seeing much, much more of this set showing up in my projects in the future!
You get the supply lists for my projects over at the Papertrey June release gallery and you can purchase all of the new sets at Papertrey Ink. Make sure you check out the other beautiful projects that the other design team members have to share!
Thanks for stopping by!
