Happy Valentines Day, everyone!

It's the last day of sneak peeks before the big 2nd anniversary release at Papertrey Ink! Thank you so much again for all the wonderful comments and congratulations to all of the contest winners! Both of my new sets, Beyond Border Basics & Journaling Lines, will be available on the 15th at Papertrey Ink. There's a countdown party at the Papertrey forumsfrom 10PM - midnight EST tonight and so if you have a moment to take away from your valentine celebrations, stop in and say hello!

I put together one more scrapbook page for you to take a peek at.

 

I used the solid journaling lines on this page stamped with the Fresh Snow ink. The polka dots on the Lemon Tart cardstock are also stamped in Fresh Snow ink and then heat embossed with clear embossing powder which gave the polka dots a more distressed look.

 

I stamped the scallop border from Beyond Basic Borders at the top of the yellow cardstock and then again at the top of the page. Then, I stamped a mini flower image from the Journaling Lines in Fresh Snow ink on the scallop to dress it up. Now it looks a bit like an eyelet lace border. I added a few Eastery images, including the Easter egg tag stamp that I designed, from the Tags for Spring set. It is stamped on kraft cardstock and embossed in white.

 

Here is the completed page. I love this picture of my girls from last Easter. It's just about time to look for new dresses for this upcoming Easter! Spring is on it's way, right? (Although, here in MN we can still have snow in April!)
