boo to you sneak peek 4

It's sneak peek day number 4 for my new set Boo To You that will be available for sale on the 15th at Papertrey Ink... and it's about time we had some Halloween treats!

I used Reeses peanut butter cups and added a tie on tag to dress them up for the girls to hand out to classmates on Halloween (who am I kidding... these will be eaten now and I am going to have to make more in October!)

 

The stars are stamped onto the black cardstock with white acrylic paint. The orange polka dotted cardstock you will recognize from some previous projects and I layered the stars and sentiments on top of that. Love the look!

I also stamped the bat image on some of the treats. I used a star punch and my Xyron sticker machine to make the glitter star.

One more project for you today...

A scrapbook page using images from Boo To You and 2009 Halloween Tags. I used my Giga square punch to punch out the pictures and patterned papers. I have so many pictures from this particular year that I really didn't need to display the whole picture - I am sure many of you have lots of pictures like this too. Punching snippets of the pictures to create this page that was on overview of things we did that year was just perfect.

And rearranging the squares on my page base was fun to do. I just moved things around until I liked the placement and then adhered everything down. Then I went back and added in the details and embellishments.
