christmas 2009 scrapbook page
December 30, 2009
I wanted to put together a page for our Christmas album that included photos from the various activities that we have done in the past month. I used Zoe Pearn's Winter Wonderland kit from Sweet Shoppe Designs along with a square punch to put it all together.
For the scallop edge border I simply printed out sections of the three different papers and punched the border strips to adhere around the outside of the page.
I cropped the pictures and patterned papers that I used to 2 3/4" square so that I could easily punch them out with my extra giga square punch.
I added the "merry christmas" label to the red polka dot paper digitally before I printed it out. The glitter snowflake sticker was added later.
This square has an October Afternoon sticker and another glitter snowflake sticker.
This square has a snowflake element that was added digitally and then the "be merry" sticker was added after it was printed.
You can easily replicate this with traditional patterned papers as well, but it was so easy to print everything out since I was printing all the pictures in the first place.
I can see a new tradition to scrap quick pages like this for so many holidays and events...!
