handmade and homemade just for you

Hey everyone! Welcome to day 3 of the Papertrey Ink May release countdown! Today the whole design team has homemade and handmade gift to share which means that Lisa's new set Just for You. All of the new sets and products that I am sharing today will be available for sale on May 15th at Papertrey Ink.

I put together a collection of handmade cards, tags, and envelopes for my gift. My family really does love to receive gifts like this from me, which means so much. I especially love getting my own cards back in the mail. I know they are using my gift and I love that.

I bundled everything up into a basket and it is definitely pretty enough to leave out on a shelf or desk and it is a perfect go-to for quickly putting together a card and gift with a coordinating tag.

Lisa's set is so perfect for pulling this sweet gift together. There are so many word combinations that you can put together to make a label or wrap for just about every handmade or homemade gift that you can think of. I used my new Fillable Frames #4 set & die cut to make the tag that I attached to the bundle of cards.

Here's a look at everything that I included in this gift package. Fillable Frames #4 played a big part in putting this gift together!

There are 6 coordinating cards with different sentiments for several occasions. I left the cards blank inside so a personal message can be included.

All of my cards and tags included in my gift include these sweet crocheted flowers that I made. Nichole shared the directions for crocheting a flower on her blog here and my flower is similar to the small single flower. I used crochet cotton and a D size hook. I have a whole collection of flowers that I made last summer during swimming lessons and horseback riding for my girls. I love that I now have a nice collection to pick from whenever I want to use a crocheted flower on a project.

I am IN LOVE with the new envelope liner die. The Melon Berry  Green Tea Leaves patterned paper coordinates with this project perfectly and it was a breeze to die cut the liner and put together the envelopes for this gift! Little details like this are what make handmade gifts so special!

Last, but not least, are the coordinating gift tags. It was so easy to die cut extra these extra tags right along with making the focal points for the cards. And now, not only does your gift recipient have cards ready to go, they also have tags that are so easily attached to a gift that match the cards they are giving.

Head over to Nichole's blog to link up to the whole design team's handmade and homemade gift ideas! Also make sure you stop by to see BethAlli, and Melissa at their blogs to see more sneak peeks with their new sets.

Thank you so much for stopping by today! Be sure to stop back tomorrow!
