another set peek!
building trees and scrapbooking with falling leaves

introducing falling leaves & fillable frames #7

Hey everyone! Welcome to day one of the Papertrey Ink countdown to the August 15th release! I am excited to share 2 new stamp sets that I designed for this release: Falling Leaves and Fillable Frames #7.

Falling Leaves is a fun and whimsical tree building set that will retail for $15. You are going to have so much using the elements of this set to build trees for fall - and more! The set includes a tree trunk/branch, 2 tree toppers, 2 little tree accessories, single leave images, and a fall themed collection of sentiments. I am excited to share lots of fun ideas with you this week that you can create with this set.

Fillable Frames #7 is a set that is a part of a series of 12 frame sets that is being introduced once a month. The frames have a great little feature to them: they are open in the middle which allows you to place the coordinating sentiments inside the frame how you want it and stamp the sentiment and frame at the same time. You can definitely use the frame and sentiments on their own as well and all of the sentiments will be able to be used with all of the frames coming out in the coming year. The set retails for only $5 and is a great way to build your collection of basic frames and sentiments to use on your projects. The coordinating die cut will retail for $5 and it opens up even more possibilities for your Fillable Frames #7 set!

All of the new stamp sets and products that I am sharing today will be available for sale on August 15th at Papertrey Ink.

Today I have a little card & tag project to share with you...

I used the frame/die and a sentiment from Fillable Frames #7 and paired them with a single leaf and acorn images from the Falling Leaves set. The frames are attached to a wonderful new shape die that you will be seeing a lot of this release - a shape that I definitely think is a must have... the new Mat Stack 4 die.

The Fillable Frames #7 die does leave a border around the edge of the frame image, but for this project I chose to ink the edge up to the stamped frame images to fill it in.

Are you ready for all of the countdown projects there are this week? Today Nichole & Betsy are sharing Tiffany's new Embellishments set and Nichole is also sharing Beth's new Been Boo'd set along with Erin. Also be sure to stop by Alli's blog to see peeks of her new sets and also Dawn's blog to see the new Color Couture line.

Come back tomorrow to build some trees with me! Thank you for stopping by today!
