introducing tag-its #5

Welcome to day 1 of the Papertrey Ink June release countdown. Here's the preview of my new Tag-its set that Nichole shared on her blog yesterday...
Tag-its #5 is the fifth in the year long Tag-its series and will retail for $5. The circle frame has a lacy/ doily look and will pair with so many sets for pretty & elegant occasions. I included some sweet little flowers and sayings that round out this set just perfectly.
All of the new stamp sets and products that I am sharing today will be available to purchase at Papertrey Ink on June 15th.
On this card that I am sharing today, I used just the Tag-its #5 set. You don't always need to utilize numerous sets when working on projects. I created the pattern stamped on the Ocean Tides cardstock with Fresh Snow ink using the circle frame and one of the flower images included in the set. I used a small glassine bag on the front of this sweet card to create a quick and easy pocket.
Inside the pocket is a tag with an additional little "love you" message on it. This little pocket would be great for other things as well like a small gift or a gift card.
I stamped a part of the circle frame at the top of the frame and then punched a hole inside of it to add the ribbon. Another little strip of the stamped patterned paper along the bottom of the tag finished it off and ties it perfectly in with the whole project.
There is lots to see on this first day of the countdown (as always!): Nichole and Betsy are sharing Maile's new Gracious Vases set. Nichole and Melissa are sharing the Rhythm & Soul set designed by Lizzie Jones - the winner of the anniversary guest stamp designer contest! Dawn, Melissa, and Alli will have projects to share on their blogs as well with their new sets.
