introducing tag-its #6

Welcome to day 1 of the Papertrey Ink July release countdown! 

This month is #6 for the Tag-its collection. I had to do something for back to school and I have to say that this little Tag-it #6 is my favorite so far. It has a slightly distressed look and features a frame with reversed letters that is designed to have a full bleed (the pattern goes right to the edge of the paper) when punched or die cut with a 1 3/4" circle. I also included a little lined paper circle insert for the frame to complete the schoolish look - and it works great on its own as well! There are several little sentiments that are designed to work on the lined paper stamp and 3 little fun school images to round out this set. Of course, all of the sentiments and images are perfect to mix and match with all of the Tag-it frames in the collection. This set retails for $5.

All of the new stamp sets and products that I am sharing today will be available to purchase on July 15th at Papertrey Ink.

Back to school will be here before you know it and to get in the mood, how about a sweet little back to school card? Here you can see what the lined paper image looks like stamped into the letter frame and then I stamped the "back to school" sentiment into the middle.

I put the little images that are included in the set onto a little banner. I die cut the triangles from kraft cardstock and then added the images that are punched out with a 1/2" circle punch. The smiley face was stamped onto Summer Sunrise cardstock and trimmed out before I attached it to the 1/2" circle. I attached the banner pieces with a little bit of adhesive and then ran it through my sewing machine to attach everything together.
