half & half + tag-its #6
the rest of my july release projects...

tranquility trilogy & one more tag-its #6

Welcome to day 5 of the Papertrey Ink July release countdown. This is the last day of sneak peek projects and it's also another design team group post. I will share my group project first and then I have one more card to share using Tag-its #6.

All of the new stamp sets and products I am sharing today will be available to purchase on July 15th (tomorrow!) at Papertrey Ink.

Today the whole design team is sharing projects made with the new Tranquility Trilogy Line. We are expanding the geometry of paper crafting today with a little triangle love! I paired this set with the Tea for Two and Tea for Two Additions sets to create a tea gift set perfect for a friend!

The Favor It Box #5 die that was designed to coordinate with the Tranquility trilogy set reminds me of browsing fancy gift shops when I am on a trip. So many of them sell special teas packaged up in unique little boxes and tins. the little triangle box holds 2 tea bags perfectly - one for you and one for a friend. I perfect friendship gift! I packaged up 3 of my favorite teas. The tea bags I had did not have strings and so I used the tiny attacher and some bakers twine to add that to them.

Once the tea bags were in the boxes I added a little sticker circle that I made to seal the box closed. To make your own little sticker circles/labels just stamp on a white adhesive sheet, punch or die cut a circle (or other shape!) and stick them where you want! So easy :)

To identify the types of tea in each package, I use the new Little Labels set and dies along with Simple Alphabet. I used the tiny attacher once again to attach the labels to the bakers twine. Just staple the string and then tie a knot to secure - that's it!

I made a card to coordinate with the tea boxes using the same colors and elements.

See what the whole design team created today with the Tranquility Trilogy set and coordinating elements. Visit Nichole's blog to link up to everyone on the design team.

Here's one more card I have to share using the Tag-its #6 set...

I paired Tag-its #6 with the "thanks for all you do" sentiment from Think Big Favorites #6. It's  the perfect sentiment for that special teacher that goes above and beyond for your child :)

The alphabet ribbon I used is by Imaginisce from a school line that they had a few years back. I am not sure if you can still find it or not - I would love more myself!

Since it's the last day of the countdown, that means tonight is the countdown release party over in the Papertrey Ink forums. Come and join the fun from 10PM - midnight ET. Hope to see you there!
