beautiful beads
September 15, 2012
It's the Papertrey Ink September release day today and I will have 2 posts to share with you today. First we have an extra design team group post to share that uses the Beautiful Beads product line, and then a post with the rest of the projects for this September release.
All of the new stamp sets and products that I am sharing will be available to purchase today, September 15th, 10PM ET at Papertrey Ink.
Beautiful Beads is a lighter weight 4"x6" paper collection that I designed for the Stamp-a-Faire event this past July. If you ordered the Stamp-a-Faire tote for the event, you have already gotten a chance to play with this gorgeous paper and the die that Nichole deisgned to create your own paper beads.
I have my bracelet that I made during Stamp-a-Faire to share as well as a card that uses both the paper and die from this collection to share today.
Here is the bracelet that I created with the beads that I made with the Beautiful Beads paper and die - I included a charm that Kelly Braund (kellyb on the Papertrey forum!) created for everyone that was at the Minneapolis gathering that day.
Here's Kelly holding a card she created using the Natural Beauties set during the Stamp-a-Faire event. Minneapolis girls, we need to set a date to get together again soon!
Here is a card that I created using the Beautiful Beads papers and die. I cut out lots of the long triangles and then adhered the to a cardstock base for the quilted looking layer on this card. Can't you just see these papers as a fabric collection?
I used the blue mini dot paper as the base for another snow globe and then blue/green colors just called for the little snowman to be used again.
Go to Nichole's blog to link up to the other design team members to see their projects that they created with the Beautiful Beads paper and die!
