with all my heart and more framed out #11
December 14, 2012
Welcome to day 5 of the Papertrey Ink December release countdown. Today is a second group post day and the whole design team has created projects to share using the new With All My Heart set. I also have one more project to share using my new Framed Out #11 set.
All of the new stamp sets and projects that I am sharing today will be available to purchase on December 15th (tomorrow), 10PM ET, at Papertrey Ink.
I have a few projects to share using the With All My Love set. I have a sweet little ensemble perfect for a wedding and a card that perfect for giving to someone special on Valentines day or another special occasion.
I am in love with the heart that you can layer the stamped flowers onto - it turns out so perfect. I embossed the main part of the heart with white onto a kraft cardstock Limitless Layers heart die cut. I repeated the white embossing for the sentiment on the vellum piece that is cut with one of the Mat Stack 6 dies. A few heart brads from my stash secure the vellum piece right into place on the card front.
I created the background with Framed Out #11 die cuts that are the same color as the card base. For more information on creating textured backgrounds like this, you can see my post here.
Next up is a sweet little wedding ensemble. The candle in a jar could be used as a favor and also double as a table decoration too. I embossed the "love you" heart on vellum cardstock die cut with a Limitless Layers heart die. I thought it would be fun to do vellum so that when the candle is lit it would glow a bit through the vellum.
I simply tied the embossed heart to a jar using some button twine and did the same on the card. I kept everything clean and simple and added an embossed sentiment to the card from the Just a Kiss set that is new this month.
Finally, I had to do up some cute Valentines using Framed Out #11, the new Tremendous Treats dies, and the new Limitless Layers heart dies.
The larger frame from Framed Out #11 is stamped with Scarlet Jewel onto the Pure Poppy die cut heart. I added the die cut and Copic colored animals from Tremendous Treats: Valentine right over the heart.
The new Limitless Layers heart die cut fit perfectly into the little 3" x 3" envelopes that Papertrey carries. I stamped another heart in Pure Poppy on the envelope and added the to-from from the Tiny Treats: Valentine set in True Black ink.
Make sure to visit Nichole's blog to link up to all of the design team members blogs to see their project that they created with the With All My Heart set. Maile, Melissa, Lizzie, and Lexi will also have peeks to share on their blogs with their new sets.
I will be back tomorrow to share the rest of my December release projects! Thank you so much for joining me for all of the countdown sneak peeks.
