Welcome to day 3 of the Papertrey Ink March release countdown. I have cards to share today that use my new sets Wonderful Words: Birthday and Hello, Foxy.
All of the new stamp sets and products that I am sharing today will be available to purchase on March 15th, 10PM EST, at Papertrey Ink.
For this first card I used the Wonderful Words: Birthday set with the coordinating die. I put some washi tape onto a piece of white cardstock and then die cut the word from it so I could use the negative die cut word. Running the piece of white cardstock through my Xyron worked perfectly for putting adhesive on the back of the little letter pieces that I had to go back and apply into the birthday word.
This is another card layout that with a switch of washi tape, you can turn this card to whatever theme (masculine, feminine, whimsical, bright, etc.) that you want!
For this card, Foxy is feeling very lovey dovey :) I used the Headline Alphabet dies to cut the "hey" for my sentiment and then added the "foxy" and hearts embossed in white. Foxy is colored with Copics on kraft cardstock and I framed Foxy with a frame from the Fabulous Frames set.
Today, stop by Nichole's blog to see more new products for this month's release. Melissa is sharing about the new Spring Hills set and Danielle is sharing about the new Quick Stitch Sentiment dies. Make sure to stop by the stamp designer blogs who have new sets this month:Dawn, Maile, Melissa, and Lexi.
See you tomorrow for more & thank you for stopping by today!
