march release projects

Hi everyone! Today is the March release day at Papertrey Ink! All of the new stamp sets and projects that all of the design team has been sharing this week will be available to purchase tonight, March 15th, 10PM ET, at Papertrey Ink.

Today I have the rest of my release projects to share...

This card combines Dawn's Boutique Borders: Birthday and the Rosie Posie & Step 2 sets with a watercolor look. The sentiment is stamped on the kraft card base through an opening made with the coordinating Boutique Borders: Birthday die.

I did a similar technique last month with the Cutting Garden set and loved how that project turned out so I wanted to try something similar again. I love this card as well!

This card is done with Melissa's Polka Dot Parade #2 set. Daisies are one of my favorite flowers and so a row of sweet little daisies was in order for this project.

I added centers with some circle punched from Summer Sunrise bitty dot patterned paper.

The new add-on set for Lexi's Comfort Food set has the perfect collection of sentiments to round out this set. I created a fun and whimsical background for this card with the ice cream container stamped in Melon Berry, Aqua Mist, and Spring Moss and then over stamped them with Fine Linen polka dots.

I added my sentiment to the Just the Ticket border die and the whole card makes me think of being at the county fair in the summertime.

And finally is a card done with the new Spring Hills set. I adore this whole series. I stamped all of the images in waterproof ink and then watercolored the images with reinkers: Spring Moss for the trees, Ocean Tides & Classic Kraft for the house, and then Fine Linen for the shading around all of the images.
