introducing rustic wreath & boutique borders: thinking of you
come all ye faithful and more

more wonderful words: snow

Hi everyone! Welcome to day 3 of the Papertrey Ink October release countdown. I have a project to share with you today that uses my new Wonderul Words: Snow set.

All of the new stamp sets and products that I am sharing today will be available to purchase on October 15th, 10PM ET, at Papertrey Ink.

When I saw the new Background Basics: Evergreens set, I immediately thought of using it with Wonderful Words: Snow using the layered emboss resist technique so that the trees would show through the word - which is this week's Make it Monday technique!

I stamped the trees on white cardstock first in Simply Chartreuse ink and then stamped the "snow" word over the top and embossed it with clear embossing powder.

Next, I took an ink blending tool and added Enchanted Evening ink to the stamped piece. I think the result is definitely great..!

You can see more over at Nichole's blogMaile will be sharing more about the Confetti Garland Borders and 'Tis the Season Sentiments sets. The stamp designers have been busy this month so stop by their blogs too:ErinDawnLizzieMelissa, and Maile.

I will see you again tomorrow! Thank you so much for stopping by today!
