heart squared, wonderful words: love & the scattered hearts banner dies

Welcome to day 2 of the Papertrey Ink December release countdown! I have projects to share using my new Heart Squared and Wonderful Words: Love sets as well as the new Scattered Hearts Banner dies.
All of the new stamp sets and products that I am sharing today will be available to purchase on December 15th, 10PM ET, at Papertrey Ink.
The Heart Squared die is so perfect for creating a shaker card. I die cut a piece of fun foam from the frame as well to create the "box" that houses the confetti. To learn more about how to make a shaker card, you can see my Make it Monday video here.
I have a large stash of chunky glitter, confetti, and micro beads that I pulled the little pink hearts and silver micro-beads from. I am always on the lookout for more shapes and colors that I don't have!
I just really love the sentiments in this set. I stamped several hearts in Hibiscus Burst on some white cardstock and the the sentiment over the top in True Black ink to show through the shaker card window.
Here's a another card perfect for a message for that special someone for Valentine's day, or just because that uses the Heart Squared set along with the new Scattered Hearts Banner dies.
I love the Notched Star Banner dies that were released this past August and was very excited to see a heart version this month! That scalloped banner is just perfect!
I stamped the Heart Squared frame onto the coordinating die cut with Pure Poppy ink and used it to frame up the sentiment on the card.
Next a card that I cut the word with the Wonderful Words: Love die from Raspberry Fizz felt. I ran the felt through my little Xyron sticker machine before I die cut it so it would be easy to adhere to the card front.
I layered up hearts behind the heart "o" in the love word. The red polka dot heart is done with the Heart Prints die and then the heart stamped in Fresh Snow ink is from my new The Best is Yet to Be set.
I strip of red polka dot paper along the bottom of the card front was the perfect touch to pull this card together.
Finally, I used the Scattered Hearts Banner die cut from several patterned papers to create a baground for this card.
I die cut the "love" from white cardstock and then stamped the "love" from the set onto the die cut with Fine Linen ink to give it a subtle texture.
The coordinating sentiments are stamped on vellum that was die cut with a Double Ended Banners die and the felt heart embellishment is actually from the center of the heart "o" that I cut for the previous card.
