more monthly moments

Welcome to another day of the Papertrey Ink's 7th anniversary and February release countdown! Today I have another pair of Monthly Moments layouts to share with you!

All of the new sets and products that I am sharing today will be available to purchase on February 15th, 10PM Eastern, at Papertrey Ink.

This time I did a little more documenting about some things going on during our first week of February.

Here's  look at the left side. Some things featured on this side: Bowling with UCP, how cold it's been, my hand knit socks, and Hana & her homework.

And here is the right. On this side I featured Hana's Girl Scout skit, Girl Scout cookies, more bowling, Papertrey Anniversary excitement, and making Valentines.

I die cut the February word die from Smokey Shadow cardstock and added the "2014" underneath that I created with the Bookprint Number dies. When I was at the craft store the other day, I saw the cutest cork arrow embellishments that I thought about buying. I remembered the Cupid's Arrow dies and that I had a bit of adhesive backed cork at home and so didn't buy them and made my own.

Here's a fun preview of something you will hear more about in a few days: the Day By Day Calendar die and coordinating Day By Day Blocks set. I took the time to assemble the calendar for February to add to my layout and then added the circle days of the week elements from the Monthly Moments: Days of the Week set across the top.

This portion is my favorite part of the both layouts. Last weekend I gathered supplies and then hana and I worked on making Valentines for her and Tacy to bring to school later this week to pass out to friends. We had a fun time die cutting hearts and little details. She is really getting into what crafting is all about and I know that I will cherish that time and with her - I already do!
