more monthly moments: march

Welcome to day 2 of the Papertrey Ink March release countdown. Today I have a card to share that I created with my new Monthly Moments: March stamp set.

All of the new stamp sets and products that I am sharing today will be available to purchase on March 15th, 10PM ET, at Papertrey Ink.

The Monthly Moments: Journal Card 1 die works so well for stamping up a journal card for your scrapbook page, but it's also great for a mini canvas for adding to a card front.

I stamped the St. Patrick's Day sentiment and embossed it with white embossing powder. I then stamped the shamrocks randomly around the sentiment. I added a little bit of watercolor with Limeade Ice refill around the sentiment to help it stand out on the white journal card. Where the image is embossed, it resists the ink and watercolor.

I used the new Journaling Accessories set to stamp the background on the kraft card base with Fresh Snow ink.
