It's time for another dose of Monthly Moments: May inspiration!
You can purchase the Monthly Moments products over at Papertrey Ink. There's an easy to find tab for scrapbooking right on the front page. Click that and it will take you right where you need to go! Another easy way to find the Monthly Moments products is to just type "Monthly Moments" right into the search box at the top of the page at the Papertrey Ink website.
For this layout, I used the month journal card that I created here for the main title. It was so nice to take that as a jumping off point and then add the pictures and other details.
The photos are from various things that happened in the month of May that may not have been big events, but were very good things! Mother's Day weekend we visited my grandma in Duluth and did a puzzle together (we have a bell that you get to ring when you get a piece to fit - it makes it very exciting!) The weather is finally warm and we have spent more time outside. We have gone kayaking on at my parents house and spent time just hanging out in our backyard blowing bubbles. We had a Canadian geese family have 6 babies hatch on the pond behind our house, and we went to the Shepherd's Harvest festival down near the cities.
Here's a look at the journal card that I started with that I had made during the May release at Papertrey Ink.
I added the "Life is Sweet" journal card that I embellished with a butterfly that I had cut from another journal card in the Monthly Moments: May journal card collection.
The labels on the photos were typed onto some journal cards that I trimmed and then attached to the photos with my tiny attacher stapler.
I used the Monthly Moments: Instant Photo 1 die cut from kraft patterned paper for my journaling card here. I typed some journaling onto the square insert and then added images stamped from the Monthly Moments: May set.
The whole layout is just perfect for documenting these very happy and good things :)
