introducing uncorked and more happy new year
papertrey ink november release wrap up

introducing cuppa love and more monthly moments: november

Welcome to day 5 of the Papertrey Ink November release countdown. Today is another group post day and the whole design team is sharing projects created with the Cuppa Love set and coordinating dies. I also have a card to share created with my Monthly Moments: November collection

All of thenew stamp sets and products that I am sharing today will be available to purchase on November 15th, 10PM ET, at Papertrey Ink.

I definitely have had a lack of get well cards in my stash and the Cuppa Love set was perfect for filling that gap. Warm beverages bring that perfect cozy feeling when you are felling under the weather.

This first card has a shaped card front. I overlapped the left side of the cup die over the folded edge of my card and ran it through my die cut machine with a piece of cardstock tucked into the card to keep the die from cutting both layers of the card base.

I had fun stamping with the vintage elements in the Cuppa Love set to embellish my cup with the tulips and heart motif.

I used a bit of bakers twine to tie on the "feel better soon" sentiment tag and it's the perfect touch to this heart warming card.

For this second card, I die cut the mug and attached it right to the card front after stamping on the vintage inspired motifs. I lined up the mug on the card front and trimmed off the pedestal part of it for a more flat bottomed look.

I added the "get well wishes" sentiment stamped above the mug from the new Keep it Simple: Get Well set.

Next, I have a card to share that I created with my Monthly Moments: November collection.

I took the Monthly Moments: Journal Card 6 die and tipped to the side for the card front. I stamped the berry branch in Canyon Clay ink with some more berries stamped with Ripe Avocado ink.

For the sentiment, I selectively inked the "be grateful" sentiment and stamped the "grateful" in True Black and then added the "for you" using the new Type Strips set and coordinating Type Bits Strip die.
