It's release day at Papertrey Ink! All of the new stamp sets and products that the design team have been sharing during the July release countdown will be available to purchase tonight, July 15th, 10PM ET at Papertrey Ink. That includes my new Traveler's Journal Collection!
Today I have the rest of my projects for this July release to share with you...
I created this little card with flowers from the new Paper Clippings: Done With Love set and use the Inspired: Prayer set and die for the sentiment.
I used the Noted: Scalloped Square die for the card base. I really like this size and the scalloped edge is just so sweet.
This card is made with the new Splits: Best Wishes stamp set and coordinating die.
I embossed the frame piece in clear on kraft cardstock and then added color to the details with my Clean Color markers and a water brush. A bit of Rustic Jute button twine and a few rhinestones were the perfect finishing touch.
I never seem to have enough anniversary cards in my stash. I used the "Happy" die and the coordinating "anniversary" word stamp from the new Just a Number set with some hibiscus flowers from the Some Like it Hot set to put this fresh and bright card together.
It was so much fun to stamp up a whole garden of the flowers for this card.
This card and star box are created with the new Number the Stars set, Background Basics: Galaxy set, and Star Gift Box die.
I made up my own patterned paper by embossing the stars from the Background Basics: Galaxy set in clear and then using an ink blender to apply color all over the rest of the cardstock. The splotches in the background color were made by sprinkling water over the inked cardstock and then dried it with a heat tool. Where ever the water falls, it lightens the color as it dries.
Go to Nichole's blog to link up to the whole design team to see the rest of the projects that they have created for this release. You can find the supply lists for these and all of the projects for the July release over in the Papertrey Ink gallery. Make sure to stop and chat with everyone over in the Papertrey forums too!
One more thing before I go...
A peek of the new Make it Market Kit... There is a wonderful garden I the town where I live and it is place where our family really likes to spend time. The new Make it Market: Garden Gate kit reminds me of this beautiful place! I love how this kit gives you a green thumb to "grow" your own gardens onto your projects. Every detail in this kit is gorgeous! The Make it Market: Garden Gate kit will be available for purchase on August 1st and I will have more projects to share with this gorgeous kit soon.
Thank you so much again for joining me during the July release countdown. I hope you had as much fun as I did. Happy shopping & stamping!
