You are in for an extra special treat, because today the Papertrey Ink design team has a big bunch of inspiration to share from the October release products.
First up is a sweet card that I created using the "joy" letters from the Paper Clipping: Joy to the World set. I used the Keep it Simple: Just a Note set for the companion sentiment at the top of the card - adding the "of" from a sentiment in the Keep it Simple: Thinking of You set.
For this card, the centerpiece is a snowflake ornament die cut with a Christmas Cuts die. I added the companion sentiment using the Christmas Cuts Sentiments set and glittered the snowflake with some whit gold glitter.
The border around the outside edge of the card front is created with my new Sprig Wreath set.
This card is definitely an out of the box color combination for me! I used the Quick Notes: Holiday set to stamp the Merry & Bright sentiment and emboss it with clear embossing powder. I added color with my Clean Color markers and added a few more snowflakes from the Splits: Merry & Bright set.
I kept on with the clear embossing for this card that is created with the Splits: 'Tis the Season set. Clean Color markers is what I used to add the color to the images.
This card is created with the What the Doodle: Snowflakes set. I stamped and embossed the snowflakes with clear embossing powder again and added color with Clean Color Markers. I die cut the snowflakes with the coordinating What The Doodle: Snowflakes dies and scattered them across the white cardstock on the card front. The sentiment is stamped in True Black with a sentiment from the Christmas Cuts Sentiments set.
This cute little gingerbread ornament is stitched up using the new Stitched Gingerbread Basic and Stitched Gingerbread Mister dies. I added glitter to the felt that I used for the details for some fun sparkle.
Combining the new the new Inspired: Hope set and details from the Shaped Sayings: Christmas die collection worked beautifully for this card that is perfect to send some encouragement during the holiday season.
I colored the outfits with colored pencils and then blended with some Gamsol on an adhesive sheet. I die cut the outfits from the adhesive sheet and attached them to die cut pieces from a magnetic sheet.
Finally, I took the new Tiny Town: Gingerbread and Holiday Yard dies and used them flat on a card instead of a 3D version. Just a few cuts it all it takes and makes your Tiny Town dies even more versatile! The "peace and joy" sentiment is from the 'Tis the Season Sentiments set.
