The Papertrey Ink team is spreading out the rest of our release projects so you can continue to enjoy inspirations from the new products that made their debut this month.
Today, I have a couple of projects to share that is created with the new Textile Impressions stamp set. I used my new Ways to Say: Hello stamp set and coordinating die too!
I used the triangle pattern pieces from the Textile Impressions set to stamp and emboss a background on a piece of white cardstock. I applied ink with an ink blending tool over the embossed image and then splattered the ink with water, Ocean Tides ink, Prairie Grass ink, and Fresh Snow ink.
The Textile Impressions set is perfect for creating inked backgrounds like this!
I added the sentiment with my new Ways to Day: Hello die and stamp set. I die cut the "hello" from True Black and white cardstock and layered them up fro a little more dimension on the card. I stamped a few of the smaller sentiments from the Ways to Say: Hello set on a Kraft cardstock strip in black ink. I trimmed the sentiments from the strip and added them above and below the die cut word.
To finish off the card I added a few pieces of clear confetti scattered around the sentiments.
