Welcome to another day of the Papertrey Ink August release countdown! Today I have a card to share that I created with my new Autumn Scarecrow stamp set and Ways to Say: Thinking of You stamp set.
All of the new stamp sets and products that I am sharing today will be available to purchase on August 15th, 10PM ET, at Papertrey Ink.
I just had to watercolor another scarecrow from the Autumn Scarecrow stamp set for this card and this time I had him hang out with his Halloween pumpkin friends.
I stamped the "sending hugs" sentiment from the new Ways to Say: Thinking of You stamp set onto a kraft cardstock banner die cut for this card. I tucked the banner so it peeks out from behind the scarecrow.
The background of the card is on Honey Nut cardstock. I added the border with the new Mix & Mat: Pinked Edge dies and then stamped some straw/wheat sprigs randomly around the images. I spattered a little Honey Nut and Fresh Snow ink across the card for a rustic finishing touch.
