berry wreath + ways to say: just for you

IMG_6176

Welcome to another day of the Papertrey Ink September release countdown! Today I have some projects to share that are created with my new Berry Wreath stamp set, Berry Wreath dies, Berry Wreath Tag die, and Ways to Say: Just For You die.

All of the new stamp sets and products that I am sharing today will be available to purchase on September 15th, 10PM ET, at Papertrey Ink.

First up is a card that I made with my new Berry Wreath set. I stamped the wreath image with Fresh Snow ink onto Prairie Green cardstock. When the white ink was dry, I watercolored the leaves on the wreath with Olive Twist ink.

For the berries, I added a dot of glue to each one and then sprinkled red glitter over the top. Make sure your white ink is dry or the glitter will stick to the wet ink - you can take a brush to wipe away some of the excess glitter after the glue is dry. The berry dots are tiny, but that touch of glitter on each one is so pretty.

I stamped the "merry & bright" sentiment in the center of the wreath and then added the piece to a kraft cardstock card base that I attached some Bitty Big: Pure Poppy paper and tied some white twine around.

This pair of tags features the die that is a part of my new Ways to Say: Just For You collection.

The Ways to Say series is a set that gives you multiple ways to express a certain sentiment. This set features many ways to express the “just for you” sentiment. The sentiments are perfect for adding to cards or creating tags to attach to a special gift or message to a friend or loved one. The Ways to Say: Just For You stamp set retails for $5 and the coordinating die retails for $3.

I die cut the sentiment several times from white cardstock and layered them up on the Berry Wreath Tag that is die cut from Prairie Grass cardstock.

The leaves and berries above and below the sentiment are stamped with white ink onto Prairie Green cardstock. I watercolored the leaves like I did on the card and glittered the berries the same way as well. An eyelet and a bit of white twine completed the tags.
