papertrey ink september release: silver white winters + wine bottle tag #2
September 20, 2017
The Papertrey Ink team is spreading out the rest of our September release projects so you can continue to enjoy inspiration from the new products that made their debut this month.
I have two last projects to share for this release using the new Silver White Winters stamp set + dies and the Wine Bottle Tag #2 die.
For this card, I created a sort of flurry of a border around the outside edges using the snowflake images from the Silver White Winters stamp set. I embossed some with clear embossing powder, stamped some with Fresh Snow ink, and stamped some with Honey Nut ink.
In the middle, I stamped the sentiment in black ink and then I added some of the swirl like images from the Silver White Winters stamp set throughout the snowflakes.
I added some of the snowflake die cuts to a few corners of the card and I love the texture and depth of all of the different layers. I used Honey Nut cardstock for the card base on this card, but you could easily swap the cardstock and ink color out to create many different looks.

And finally, a project with the new Wine Bottle Tag #2 die. I kept going with the Silver White Winters stamp set and dies and also used the new Brilliant Baubles and Keep it Simple: Winter Wishes stamp sets.
The tag base is die cut from Honey Nut cardstock and I added an ornament that is stamped and embossed on Olive Twist cardstock. The design on the ornament is embossed in clear and the ornament hanger at the top is embossed in gold.
I added the sentiment onto the smaller notched banner die cut that is included with the Wine Bottle Tag #2 die collection.
The background is stamped with swirls and mini snowflakes in Honey Nut ink and I added a few of the snowflake die cuts in white cardstock layered on top to create the background behind the ornament.
