papertrey ink release: stuck on you + keep it simple: brighter days + sunshine & honey + first aid tag
December 14, 2017
Hi everyone and welcome to the last day of the Papertrey Ink December release countdown! Today I have some get well themed cards to share using the new Stuck on You collection, Keep it Simple: Brighter Days stamp set, Sunshine & Honey collection, and First Aid Tag die.
All of the new stamp sets and products that I am sharing today will be available to purchase on December 15th, 10PM ET, at Papertrey Ink.
The bandage die cut in the Stuck on You collection is perfect and when I die cut the base from Classic Kraft cardstock and the middle rectangle from Fine Linen it look pretty realistic! I added it to a die cut heart from my new You Have My Heart die collection.
Above the heart is a sentiment from the new Keep it Simple: Brighter Days set and I paired it with the sentiment at the bottom of the card from the Stuck on You stamp set. This card was pretty quick to put together and having a number made up would be a great addition to my card stash!
Supplies (this list includes affiliate links):
I die cut the First Aid Tag from some cardstock that I inked with Pure Poppy cardstock. I added the cross to a length of Rustic Jute button twine that I wrapped around a white card front. I added a heart tag on one side that I die cut with one of my new You Have My Heart dies. I added an eyelet to the heart and then attached it to the twine with a jump ring.
I added another tag to the other side of the cross that includes a pill bottle, pills, and sentiment that are a part of the Sunshine & Honey stamp set. It's ready to go for when I need a card to send my thoughts and love to someone who is under the weather.
