Welcome to day 1 of the Papertrey Ink July release countdown. Today I have a project to share using the new Corner Adorner: July stamp set and one using the new Fence Line: Summer and Never Enough: Thanks stamp sets.

You can find all of the details about these new products HERE.

All of the new products that I am sharing today will be available to purchase on July 15th, 10PM ET at Papertrey Ink.

The Corner Adorner set this month features some really pretty lace designs to tuck into the corner of your project. I picked one of the designs and embossed it with clear embossing powder in two of the corners of a piece of watercolor paper. Then I added some color using Honey Nut ink and a watercolor brush. Where ever the design is embossed, it resists the watercolored ink.

For the sentiment I used the lacy detail "hugs" die cut from the Big Hugs die collection cut from white cardstock. I stamped the coordinating sentiments stamped underneath the "hugs" word with Honey Nut ink.

How perfect is the new Fence Line: Summer stamp set for stamping on kraft cardstock? It was so much fun to build this beach scene for this card.

One of the things I love about stamping on kraft cardstock is adding touches of white ink. I really love how it makes an image come alive and has a sort of pop to it. I use a stamp positioner to stamp and will do several thin layers of white ink to build up the color brightness.

The "thank you so much: sentiment is from the new Never Enough: Thanks stamp set.
