taylored expressions - december sneak peeks day 2

Welcome to day 2 of the Taylored Expressions December release sneak peeks. Today, I have some fun Valentine projects to share with you using the new Punny Notes stamp set on some cute little notecards and the new Just My Type set.

All of the new products that I am sharing today will be available to purchase on December 6th, 9AM CT at Taylored Expressions.

How cute and fun are these little Valentines? The Punny Notes set has a bunch of fun and whimsical images along with the cutest "punny" sentiments. These little Tuck & Close notecards fit into 3"x3" envelopes - the perfect size for a Valentine! I die cut the notecard base with Toffee cardstock and then added the sentiments on each card embossed in white on an Oreo cardstock heart. I love the fun chalkboard look! Speaking of hearts, the Heart Stacklets die collection really got a workout for so many of my projects for this release and that is available at Taylored Expressions right now!

(You can click any of the photos to get a closer look.)

I stamped the images from the Punny Notes set onto watercolor cardstock and then I used liquid watercolors to color them. When I added the colored images to the notecards, I popped them up just a bit with some foam tape.

The little red hearts are die cut using the new Notecard Accessories dies from Cherry Pop cardstock and then I glittered them with some red glitter. They are the perfect finishing touch on the Valentines. These cute little cards are ready for my girls to gift to their friends!

This card is created with the new Just My Type stamp set and coordinating dies. The dies are set up so that it cuts out the typewriter and there is an opening on the top for the typewriter paper to come out of the typewriter - so fun! I stamped the typewriter onto the new Mushroom cardstock with Oreo ink.

I used the fun xoxo/hugs & kisses on the paper and added the "pull"tab at the top so that the paper can be pulled up to reveal the message. The background on this card is the Backstory - Valentine Background stamp that you will hear more about tomorrow! I stamped that with Sugar Cube ink onto a piece of Toffee cardstock.

The finishing touch was some more glittered hearts scattered across the card and also added to the typed sentiment on the typewriter paper. Valentine projects are the perfect excuse for lots of sparkle!

Make sure you stop by the Taylored Expressions blog to get all of the details about the Double Crafty Points Bundle that is available December 6th - 9th. It's a beautiful collection of dies that are perfect fro creating cards for Valentine's Day, weddings, anniversaries, and more.
