taylored expressions - january release sneak peeks

Hi everyone! It's time for the Taylored Expressions January release! I have several new products debuting for this release that I am pretty excited about and can't wait to share more. Today, I am using my new All Tucked In - Valentine clear stamp set, Heart to Heart stencil, and Shot Through the Heart die collection along with other new Taylored Expressions products. TE is making all products for this release available to purchase tomorrow so you can order and get your new goodies to start crafting for Valentine's Day.

All of the new products that I am sharing today will be available to purchase on January 7th (tomorrow!), 9AM CT at Taylored Expressions.

I used my new All Tucked In - Valentine set and created a background design for both a card and for the cute little treat boxes that I created with the All Tucked In die. I was inspired by the project on THIS POST that Taylor created with the All Tucked In - Christmas stamp set. I stamped all of the sentiments with Sugar Cube ink on Toffee cardstock first and then added all of the little hearts and arrows in Cherry Pop, Lollipop, and Toffee inks.

For the card, I added the heart using the new Masking Stencils - Hearts collection. I lined up the card front using the guides on the masking stencil and then applied Cherry Pop ink through the heart opening. I love how the background design sort of shows through the heart.

The sentiment is created using my new Shot Through the Hearts die collection. I die cut the "love" arrow word three times and adhered them together to create a thicker piece that would pop up a bit on my project. I stamped the "you" to complete the "love you" sentiment with my new Follow Your Heart Sentiments stamp set.

I die cut windows into the little treat boxes using an All Tucked In - Windows die and then added the sentiments over the middle. The sentiments are embossed in white on Cherry Pop cardstock and then die cut using the smallest Double-Ended Flag Stacklets die.

The background on this card is created with my new Heart to Heart stencil. The stencil features hearts in multiple sizes that look like they are trickling down to the bottom of your project. I foiled them with red foil on Cherry Pop cardstock using transfer gel. If you missed my post on using transfer gel and want to see how it works, CLICK HERE.

I added another word from my Shot Through the Heart die collection for the sentiment on my project. This time I used "be mine" and die cut it three times and adhered them together like I did on the previous card project I shared above. I also added sentiment strips that I stamped with the new Mini Strips - Valentine stamp and die cut out with the new Mini Strips - Asymmetrical die. The angled ends at the end of the sentiment strips are so whimsical and fun!

Thank you so much for joining me today. Make sure you stop by the Taylored Expressions blog to see more and link up the the TE Creative Teams blog posts for today.
