taylored expressions - quad colors - tahiti

Hi, everyone! I have project to share today that I created with another one of the Quad Colors collections from Taylored Expressions. I love the bright and fun Quad Colors - Tahiti combination and created a festive birthday card with it!

The twelve Quad Colors collections include 4 colors and includes 4 mini ink pads (one of each color) and 8 sheets of cardstock (2 of each color). You can order the Quad Colors combinations now from the Taylored Expressions webstore.

The Quad Colors - Tahiti collection includes: Poblano Pepper, Guava, Fruit Punch, and Cookie Monster. I reach for Guava and Cookie Monster quite a bit and it was fun to freshen things up a bit by adding in Poblano Pepper and Fruit Punch.

I used my Blender Brushes and blended up my background on a piece of Sugar Cube cardstock using the Tahiti colors. When the ink was dry, I stamped and embossed the Free Fall Background in white over the top. The Free Fall Background is one of my favorites and is perfect for a birthday card to celebrate!

I used the Little Bits - Balloons dies to cut out balloons from each of the colors and scattered them across my background. I added strings using the Balloon Strings dies and the sentiment is from the Simple Strips - Birthday stamp. I scattered a few wooden stars from my crafty stash around the balloons to finish thing off. If you don't have stars like these, you could use sequins, confetti, die cuts, beads, or anything else you can come up with!

Now through Sunday, March 22nd you can save on the Quad Colors collections in the Taylored Expressions webstore. Buy 2 or more and get 15% off each, buy 4 ore more and get 20%off each, or buy 6 or more and get 25% off each.

Thank you so much for stopping by today! Stop by the Taylored Expressions Blog to see more about the new Quad Colors collections. I will have more Quad Colors inspiration coming your way throughout the week, so stop by again tomorrow!
