Hey, everyone! There's a new craft kit at Taylored Expressions to make the cutest snowman treat capsules! I used the Pumpkin Candy Capsule Kit that was released this past fall to send Halloween treats to my daughter Tacy's teachers and classmates and I can't wait to send more fun treats for winter to them using the new Snowman Candy Capsule Kit! Each kit has enough supplies to make 12 capsules.
You can purchase the new Snowman Candy Capsule Kits RIGHT NOW at Taylored Expressions!
To put together the capsules, I added the pom pom to the top with a hot glue gun, added the face decal sticker, and die cut the noses from orange felt to add to the face. I also added a tag that I tied to the pom pom using burlap twine.
You can fill the snowmen with a sweet treat or small gift. I haven't decided what we are going to send for a winter treat yet, so right now mine are filled with cotton balls... although Buddy the Elf would not object to that, right???
Here is a closer look at the tags. The tag bases are die cut using the Pennant Stacklets die collection from Toffee cardstock that I stamped with the Free Fall Background stamp using Sugar Cube ink. I added a snowman that I stamped and die cut with the Frosty Background Cling & Clear Combo set and Frosty's Head die (these are items that were a part of the Frosty Kit, but are now available individually!) The sentiments are from the Pennant Parade Christmas stamp set and are stamped in Oreo ink onto a Double Ended Flag Stacklets die cut. I also added Bits & Pieces - Snowflakes and a bit of glitter on the snowman faces!
