Hey, everyone! It's the second day of reveals for the Christmas Time Collection release at The Greetery. Today, I have a few more projects to share with you using more of the new products. I hope you enjoy all of the Christmas goodness that Betsy has come up with!
All of the new products that I am sharing today will be available to purchase on Friday, September 10th, 10AM ET at The Greetery.
(I am also sharing a post today with projects featuring new products for a release at Taylored Expressions at 9AM CT- make sure to check it out!)
The Curio collection has become a fast favorite of mine and I love all of the the vintage style ornaments in the new Curio: Attic Ornaments die collection. I die cut the ornaments from several colors of cardstock and added shading with a dark brown ink using a blender brush on all of the pieces before assembling the ornaments together. I cut a few details for the ornaments from a silver foil cardstock to add a touch of shine along with little silver gems that I added to a few of the ornament designs.
I used the new Curio Diver & Details II dies to create the shadow box and I love the pieces that layer into each compartment - it reminds me of tissue paper that you would line an ornament box with! I added ornaments into each of the sections and, again, I loved picking and choosing where everything went. Some ornaments are adhered right to the background and some are popped up a bit with foam adhesive.
The 'Christmas Time' sentiment is stamped onto one of the shadowbox compartment backgrounds using the Christmas Time Sentiments stamp set.

This second card is so much fun! I used the new Hourglass Frame dies and Hourglass Insert dies to create a shaker card that is filled with a cute and cozy cabin scene put together with the Christmas Time in the Country die collection.
The shaker is also filled with lots of snowflakes! Some are cut out of the background, added to the trees and cabin, and then I added the confetti filler. The sentiment on the front of the hourglass is stamped with the Christmas Time Sentiments stamp set on the banner from the coordinating die collection. I couldn't resist adding a tiny sprig of holly for a finishing touch that I cut out with the Curio: Attic Ornaments dies.
