The Friendly Filigree Cardmaking Kit is available now through Thursday, October 27th, on sale for $50 – that’s $10 off! After October 27th, the kit will return to the retail price of $60. The kit is package in a zippered pouch and includes:

The Thank You in Bloom Cardmaking Kit is available to purchase right now in the Taylored Expressions webstore!

For this first set of cards created with the kit, I used the Friendly Filigree Background stamp and All Together - Occasions stamp and embossed them in white on Toffee cardstock. The sentiments are cut out with the coordinating All Together - Occasions die (it cuts out all the sentiments at once!). Then, the sentiments are layered onto a Friendly Filigree Frame die cut that is cut out from Tropical Punch, Mulled Wine, and Blue Corn cardstock along with a leafy branch that is cut out from gold foil cardstock with a die from the Branch Out die collection.

 

Splatters done with Copic Opaque White ink and Chocolate Truffle liquid watercolor and Bits & Pieces - Gold Drip Drops are the finishing touch!

I also created coordinating tags to go with the set of cards. The background and sentiment parts of the tags are created just like on the cards - with the exception of trimming the leafy branch a bit so it fit better on the tags. The embossed background is cut out with the Pierced Tag Stacklets 2 die collection and the tag base is cut out with the Tag Stacklets 2 die collection. The tag reinforcement is cut out from gold foil cardstock and I added burlap twine looped through the tag hole.

This next set of cards features the Foil It - Friendly Filigree panels. I foiled all of the panels with Gold Deco Foil using my Minc machine and added them to Toffee card bases. The colored cardstock panels foiled beautifully! I embossed the sentiments from the All Together - Occasions stamp in gold on the coordinating cardstock colors (Mulled Wine, Blue Corn, and Tropical Punch). The sentiments are layered onto toffee cardstock Friendly Filigree Frame die cuts with a leafy branch cut out from Sugar Cube cardstock with a die from the Branch Out die collection.

 

Once again, the cards are finished off with splattering and Bits & Pieces - Gold Drip Drops.

I also created coordinating tags for this set of cards just like I did above!
