taylored expressions - 2nd chance release

Hey, everyone! There's a new release today at Taylored Expressions! Products that were previous only available to earn with a $100+ purchase or at our fall Stamp Joy event are now a part of the TE collection. There are also a few new coordinating products too! I have a few projects to share with you today that I created with a few of the exclusive products.

This first set of cards is created with the Coneflowers die collection. This is one I had my eye on and am very excited to now own! I cut out the petals from Guava and Fruit Punch cardstock, the flower centers from Mocha cardstock, and the stems from Avocado and Olive cardstock. Once I had everything cut out, I added shading using my blender brushes with Mocha ink and added splatters with Copic opaque white ink and Chocolate Truffle liquid watercolor.

The background of the card is Toffee cardstock impressed with the Pierced Circles Cutting Plate and I added a frame cut out using the Frame in Frame 3 die collection. I arranged a few flowers into each frame, popping a few of the top portions of the flowers up with foam squares. The 'hello friend' sentiment is stamped with Nocturne Versafine Clair ink and I sprinkled white Tiny Diamonds around the flowers for a finishing touch.

This next pair of cards are created with the Dutch Garden Layering Stencil set. I stenciled the background for each card on Toffee cardstock with the stencils using Mulled Wine shaded with Mocha, Guava shaded with Cherry Pop, Avocado shaded with Olive, and Sugar Cube inks. There are splatters on this card as well added with Copic opaque white ink and Chocolate Truffle liquid watercolor. The backgrounds are framed with a Sugar Cube frame cut out with the A2 Thin Frame Cutting Plate die.

The 'love you' sentiment from the Love & Hugs stamp set is embossed in white on Mulled Wine cardstock and cut out with the coordinating die. I added the sentiment to each background along with a stitched heart from the Get Thready - Heart Tag die collection. The heart is cut out from Cherry Pop cardstock and backstitched around the edge with a burgundy embroidery floss. I also cut out a few white felt hearts using the Gumball Machine die collection to add to the stitched heart and around the sentiment.
