taylored expressions - awesome autumn!

Here's a closer look at the cards you will learn to make in the class included with the bundle:

All of the cards in the class incorporate the Foil It - Greetings of Gratitude panels. You can either foil the panels with a toner reactive foil or use them as is - no foiling is required to make the cards! I foiled all of the panels for my cards with Bronze Deco Foil. Bronze is a great go-to foil color for fall that has a very warm, dark, and golden look.

The fall foliage, berries, and acorns are created with my new Awesome Autumn stencil and cut out with the coordinating die. If you remember my Awesome Blossoms stencil (+ coordinating die) that I released with the Thank You in Bloom Cardmaking Kit last year, this stencil and coordinating die work the same way. One 6"x6" stencil enables you to create many multicolored images and then you can cut them out all at once with the coordinating die! (By the way, Awesome Blossoms is available as a part of the TE collection now!) In the class, I talk about different ideas for adding the fall elements to your projects: a more random layout or something a bit more organized. Which one do you like best?

This card includes sunflowers created with my new Layer It - Sunflower die. The sunflower has a fun and whimsical look and I am in love with how it turned out. It's so easy to put the sunflowers together for your projects! There are two sizes of sunflowers in the set and I used both of them on this card. Don't forget that when elements don't totally fit on your project, it's perfectly fine to trim them down like I did here.

You can, of course, cut your elements out of cardstock and assemble the sunflowers as is, but I added a bit of blending and lots of splatters to step things up and add texture and dimension to the card.

A finishing touch on all of the cards is Gold Glitter Drops. They add a touch of sparkle and go well with the bronze foiling on the sentiments and borders!
